The Mobilizing High Performance Teams program is designed to guarantee high performance from an individual client or across a whole organization. Through effective collaborative teamwork, profitable results and sustainable growth can be achieved. During the program you will be exposed to practical principles, ideas and frameworks to deepen your understanding of how to create and manage sustainable team performance through effective collaboration. You will have the opportunity to integrate your insights and apply the approaches by using them in real time on a specific teamwork challenge that relates to your own personal situation.

Participants on this program are senior team leaders, heads of departments and business units as well as senior project managers.
Faculty:
The program builds upon the work of the Arbinger Institute and Radical Collaboration. Mette Villemoes Ponty is a consultant and director with the Arbinger Institute and Eva and Jens Carlsen are consultants with Radical Collaboration. They each bring years of specialist experience in the provision of facilitative and consultative support for both individuals and teams.
